Sometimes yes. The government subsidy allocation is based on national averages per crop type. Elevarm's recommendation is calibrated to your specific plot's soil nutrient baseline. In many cases the Elevarm dose is lower, which reduces your out-of-pocket cost and limits over-application that damages soil over time.

Mitra is billed monthly via bank transfer. After your application is approved, you receive an invoice in the first week of each month. There is no per-farmer fee: the IDR 1,400,000 monthly rate covers unlimited farmer registrations within your service area. Annual billing with a 15% discount is available on request.

If you cancel a paid plan, your account reverts to the free Petani tier. Your plot data and advisory history are retained. You can export a CSV of your season records from the account settings at any time. We do not sell your data to input suppliers or third parties.

Yes, partially. Soil and variety recommendations are currently strongest for lowland and upland rice in West Java regencies. Horticulture coverage (chili, tomato, shallot) is available in selected Priangan regencies. We are expanding the horticulture model through 2026. When you register a plot, the system will tell you whether horticulture advisories are available in your location.
