How It Works

Field-level AI that turns plot data into decisions

Elevarm reads soil composition, rainfall patterns, and regional market signals to give each smallholder farmer a recommendation calibrated to their specific plot, not a national average.

How It Works

Three layers of intelligence, one simple advisory

Elevarm combines agronomic science with real-time field data so every recommendation has a traceable basis the farmer can verify.

01

Plot registration

A farmer or Mitra partner registers plot boundaries and notes existing soil conditions. No sensors required. The system uses cadastral data and satellite soil-class maps to fill the baseline.

02

AI model runs

The Elevarm engine cross-references plot data with historical yield records, regional weather, and current input prices to generate a planting season plan specific to that hectare.

03

Advisory delivery

Recommendations arrive via WhatsApp or the Elevarm app in Bahasa Indonesia. Farmers receive variety selection, fertilizer dosing schedule, and harvest timing signals before each key decision.

Data Inputs

What the model reads before making a recommendation

Soil classification maps

Plot-level soil texture, pH range, and organic carbon estimates drawn from regency-level soil surveys and satellite spectral analysis updated each season.

Rainfall and weather data

Station and satellite rainfall records for the kecamatan, combined with multi-week forecasts to time planting windows and predict irrigation needs.

Input price feeds

Weekly farm-gate prices for urea, NPK, and seed varieties from Mitra dealer network and government subsidy data, so cost-per-hectare estimates reflect current market reality.

Buyer demand signals

Pre-harvest purchase intent from registered buyers in Priangan and Greater Jakarta, giving farmers a market-price estimate four to six weeks before they cut.

Field Predictions

Recommendations that arrive before the decision window closes

The hardest part of agronomy advice is timing. A correct variety recommendation given the week after planting is useless. Elevarm sends advisories before each key decision: planting date, fertilizer split, and harvest window.

Farmers receive push notifications and WhatsApp messages in Bahasa Indonesia with a plain-language explanation of the recommendation and the reasoning behind it.

Integrations

Connected to the systems farmers already use

WhatsApp delivery

Advisories delivered directly to farmers via WhatsApp in Bahasa Indonesia. No app download needed to receive recommendations.

Mitra dealer network

Input recommendations link directly to Mitra partner dealers for local sourcing at verified prices. Farmers see cost estimates before they order.

Satellite soil data

Plot boundaries and soil-class estimates pulled from Sentinel-2 spectral imagery updated every 16 days, covering all regencies in West Java.
