2. What Data Elevarm Collects

Elevarm is a platform for smallholder farmers and agricultural input dealers in West Java. The data we process reflects that mission directly:

• Farmer registration data: phone number, name, and the plot location (regency and village) you provide when you create a Petani or Petani Pro account.
• Plot and agronomic data: soil type class, prior-season yield figures, crop variety history, and planting-window selections you enter through the platform. This is the core data that powers Elevarm's AI field recommendations.
• Order and transaction data: input orders placed through the platform (seed, fertilizer, crop protection items), including product type, quantity, and the Mitra dealer who fulfilled the order.
• Dealer (Mitra) business data: business name, contact details, service area (regency/district), and the farmer network you connect to your Mitra dashboard.
• Contact and inquiry data: information submitted via the contact form, including name, email, role (farmer, dealer, NGO, or other), and your message.
• Technical and usage data: browser type, device type, pages visited, session duration, and feature interactions collected automatically to improve the platform.

We do not collect biometric data, national identity numbers, financial account credentials, or any data category not necessary to operate the agricultural advisory and input marketplace service described on this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

The data Elevarm processes serves the following purposes, all tied directly to running this agricultural platform:

• Generating AI field recommendations: your plot data (soil class, yield history, crop variety) is the input to the Elevarm model that produces your weekly planting and fertilizer dosing advisories.
• Connecting farmers to inputs and buyers: order data and buyer demand signals allow us to pre-connect Petani Pro farmers to vetted buyers and to route input orders to the appropriate Mitra dealer for your district.
• Running the Mitra dealer program: Mitra partners see aggregated demand signals and plot-level status for the farmers connected to their network, enabling proactive order fulfillment.
• Platform operations and improvement: usage data helps us fix bugs, improve advisory accuracy, and prioritise features.
• Responding to contact inquiries: contact form submissions are used solely to reply to your request.
• Legal and contractual obligations: we retain records as required by applicable Indonesian law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models for any purpose other than improving Elevarm's own agricultural recommendations for West Java conditions.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

• Mitra dealers: if you are a Petani Pro farmer, your plot's upcoming input needs (not your personal identity details) may be visible in aggregate to the Mitra dealer serving your district, to enable proactive delivery.
• Service providers: we use third-party infrastructure and analytics providers who act as processors under written agreements that limit their use of your data to services rendered to Elevarm.
• Buyers and market linkage: when you accept a buyer introduction through the platform, the buyer receives only the crop volume and quality data needed to price the transaction.
• Legal requirements: we disclose data to Indonesian government authorities when required by law.

5. Retention and Security

We retain your plot, order, and account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after account closure to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Contact inquiry data is retained for 12 months.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of agricultural and personal data. These include access controls, encrypted data transmission, and periodic security reviews. No security system is infallible, and we encourage you to protect your account credentials.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Indonesian law and consistent with international good practice, you have rights with respect to the personal information we hold about you. These include the right to:

• access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations;
• object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
