Cookie Policy
Last updated: 18 January 20261. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how PT Elevarm ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on eievarm.com and the Elevarm agricultural advisory platform. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognise your browser between sessions, preserve your preferences, and measure how the platform is used. We also use local storage for similar purposes on certain platform features.
3. How Elevarm Uses Cookies
The table below describes the categories of cookies active on eievarm.com:
| Category | Examples | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Session authentication token, CSRF protection token, cookie-banner dismissal state | Session to 12 months |
| Preferences | Language setting, dashboard view preference | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics | Page view and feature-interaction counts (self-hosted, anonymised, no cross-site tracking) | Up to 13 months |
| Marketing | Not currently used | N/A |
4. Notice and Choice
Elevarm operates under a notice-and-choice model. We inform you of cookie use via the banner shown on your first visit. By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge our use of cookies as described above. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time by using the cookie banner or through your browser settings. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without preventing the platform from functioning correctly.
5. Opt-Out Signals
Elevarm respects browser-transmitted opt-out signals, including the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"). Where your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to suppress analytics data collection for your session. This applies regardless of any prior dismissal of the cookie banner.
6. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies active on eievarm.com are set by third-party service providers who act as processors for Elevarm (for example, our anonymous analytics infrastructure). We have written agreements with these providers that limit their use of data to services they render to Elevarm. We do not permit third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this platform.
7. Managing Cookies
- Use the cookie preference link in the site footer to reopen the notice banner and opt out of analytics at any time.
- Your browser's settings allow you to block or delete all cookies. Instructions for major browsers are available at aboutcookies.org. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent login and platform functionality.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update this Cookie Policy when our technical setup or the cookies we use change. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any revision. For questions:
