About Elevarm

Built in Depok, for the farmers in Subang, Cianjur, and everywhere between

Indonesia has 14 million smallholder farm households. Most grow rice on less than one hectare. Very few have access to an agronomist. Elevarm started with a simple question: what if AI could close that gap at a price that makes sense on a subsistence margin?

Our Story

The advisory gap is not an information shortage, it is a delivery problem

Agronomic science for West Java rice is not new. The Ministry of Agriculture has published soil maps and variety performance data for decades. The problem is that general guidance does not reach the specific farmer who needs it before their specific decision window closes.

Elevarm's founders spent two years doing field research in Priangan and the Pantura corridor, visiting kios and cooperatives and sitting with farmers during planting season decisions. The model we built is calibrated to what those visits taught us: that the highest-value advisory is not comprehensive, it is timely and specific.

Our Values

What we optimize for

01

Plot-level specificity

National averages improve national averages. Farmer income moves when advice is calibrated to the actual soil on the actual plot. Generic is a failure mode we actively avoid.

02

Delivery before the decision

The right recommendation one day after the decision window closes is useless. We structure our advisory timing around the farmer's calendar, not our release cadence.

03

Transparent reasoning

Farmers should understand why we say what we say. Every advisory includes the basis for the recommendation in plain Bahasa Indonesia. We do not ask for trust without giving a reason.

Investors

Backed by investors who understand the sector

Elevarm closed an angel round in late 2025 led by a regional agri-tech investor network with portfolio companies across Southeast Asian agriculture and rural fintech. We are not yet accepting new investment inquiries. If you are interested in following our progress, the Field Journal is the best place to start.
